I want to talk about everything splendid. I'm going to start with the Tauntonians.co.uk founder's birthday picture....Incredibly ginger birthday picture, though nay, this is not my point of focus for this charming post.....It is of course to take a moment and talk about the charming French twin town to Taunton, this of course being Lisieux.

Lisieux is a commune of the Calvados département, in the Basse-Normandie région. With its scenic views, aged heritage and fine selection of food and drink you can see why Taunton has been coupled with this graceful town. Sure the people are smelly and ungrateful, and YES its hard to find a local that isn’t running away from you...but all the same today Lisieux......tauntonians salute you.
