Is anybody else here completely and utterly fed up and annoyed by the councils ridiculous restrictions on rubbish collections. Two or three times my rubbish has not been collected at all for whatever reason. The stupid thing is that the councils then claim that they have reduced the amount of rubbish collected. Well of course they have but shouldn't the point be to reduce the amount of rubbish produced instead!
